OPTIONS

Option 1 - Monopoly Run   £6/person
    Entry to Monopoly Run on the day; Team pack; Wristband; Embroidered badge.
    Closing date for day entries is Saturday 23rd March 2019 (3 weeks before event).
    A minimum deposit of £10 per team will be required to secure your booking.

Option 2 - with Camping  £13/person
    Includes entry to event (as above) plus camping Friday and/or Saturday night. Self-catering only.
    Closing date for camping option is Saturday 16th March 2019 (4 weeks before event), or sooner if we reach our camper limit.
    A minimum deposit of 20% of your total group booking will be required to secure your booking.

Option 3 - Full Weekend  £23/person
    Includes entry to event (as above) plus camping Friday and/or Saturday night; plus
          Friday supper; Sat/Sun Breakfast; Sat evening meal and refreshments
          Closing date for full weekend option is Saturday 16th March 2019 (4 weeks before event), or sooner if our limit is reached.
          A minimum deposit of 20% of your total group booking will be required to secure your booking.
                Note: When registering you will be able to select which meals you require.

CAMPING SPACE
We have a limit of 500 campers at Scout Park and as in previous years we are likely to reach this limit sooner than the closing date for the event. Once we reach this limit those wishing to stay will need to arrange accommodation at other nearby sites. A list of sites can be provided on requests.

HOW TO ENTER
Please visit the REGISTER tab to enter your team(s). Note that the organisers reserve the right to close registration earlier than stated if participant numbers exceed those anticipated. A leaders name and contact details are required for all bookings.    

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN COST
The above does not include the cost of travelcards, Saturday or Sunday lunch, and your transport to and from Scout Park.
The cost of staying elsewhere is not covered by the above.
